They may have done this many times to many cats. If someone knows how to trace this video back to the ones who made it they make an effort to do so. Deleting it and pretending it doesn't exist only helps the evil people who made it.

Kitten set on fire by Croatian idiot kids "as a joke".
Video is deleted from youtube, but I hope these kids were caught and set on fire, too.
For all the people who write we should take it off: is it you or your relatives making this animal cruelty? Then why don't you help FIND THE KIDS SO THEY COULD GET THE PUNISHMENT THEY DESERVE instead of writing "take it off blabla...".
